By accessing or using the website at www.mobileinternet.online or by contacting us for support services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and MobileInternet.Online ("we," "us," or "our").
MobileInternet.Online is an independent, third-party telecommunications support provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized representatives of Bell Canada, Rogers Communications, Shaw Communications, Fido Solutions, Telus Corporation, Koodo Mobile, Virgin Plus, or any other Canadian telecommunications carrier.
All carrier names, trademarks, logos, and service names referenced on our website are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely to describe the telecommunications services for which we provide independent advisory and support assistance.
Our services include, but are not limited to: plan review and optimization advice, billing dispute guidance, technical troubleshooting assistance, plan switching advice, device setup assistance, and general telecom customer advocacy support.
We want to be absolutely clear:
Our support services may involve fees. Before any paid service is rendered, our agents will clearly explain all applicable fees and obtain your verbal or written consent. We will not charge you for any service you have not agreed to. Initial consultations may be provided at no charge at our discretion.
Fees, if applicable, are for our independent advisory and support time only — not for any carrier service or product.
While we strive to provide the most effective support possible, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results of any support engagement (such as bill credits, plan changes, or dispute resolutions) depend entirely on your telecommunications carrier's policies, your account standing, and other factors outside our control. We provide guidance and advocacy; we do not control carrier decisions.
When using our services, you agree to:
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements created by MobileInternet.Online, is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent. Third-party carrier names and trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
Calls to our support line may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution purposes. You will be notified at the start of any recorded call. By continuing a call after such notification, you consent to the recording.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, MobileInternet.Online and its agents, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
